Mania by Fall Out Boy Review

This album doesn't feel like Fall Out Boy. There's very few anthems on this record, instead they tried to experiment into other genres. Which would be great, if it ever worked out well. But instead, this record comes off feeling mostly uninspired and bland.
The production on this album just ruins the somewhat-decent songs that exist here. It turns some real decent rock songs into terrible EDM ripoff tracks, that aren't even done well. Songs like The Last Of The Real Ones or Champion could be decent tracks if they took a more rock approach to the production instead of an EDM style. It's very sad to see a band you've listened to for over a decade put out such an uninspired album.
I don't know what else to say about this album. I really hope they take some time to polish whatever sound they go with in the future, they really need it.
